This policy explains what information is processed when you visit seatseven.io (the "site"), why, and what choices you have.
Who is responsible
The controller of the site is Mobile Media Content, S.L., C/ Àlaba 61, 6º 1ª A-2, 08005 Barcelona, Spain, tax ID B-65799454 ("we"). You can contact us at hello@seatseven.io.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address or other contact details unless you write to us. The site does not use forms.
- Server logs. Our hosting and content delivery provider records technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request.
- Analytics. With your consent where required, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate (pages visited, device type, approximate country). We do not use it to identify you.
- Advertising. The site shows ads served by Google AdSense, described below.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and for as long as needed to deal with your request.
Advertising and cookies
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent message is shown before any advertising or analytics cookies are set, in line with Google's EU User Consent Policy. You can accept, reject or choose purposes, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the privacy settings link shown on the site. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised.
Affiliate links
Some pages link to ticket marketplaces through affiliate programmes. If you buy after following one of those links we may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra and we do not set prices. Following a link can set cookies from the marketplace or the affiliate network so that the sale can be attributed to us. A ticket link never depends on your consent choice: if you decline cookies it still works the same; only the attribution is lost.
Third-party content
The interactive seating maps and panoramic views are provided by a third-party technology provider and load from its servers, which receive the technical data needed to deliver them (such as your IP address).
Legal bases
We rely on your consent for advertising and analytics cookies where the law requires it, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website for server logs and for answering your messages.
International transfers
Some of our providers, such as Google and Amazon Web Services, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised by EU law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, write to hello@seatseven.io. If you are in the EU you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
